Who We Are

My name is Peter Glanville. I’m a Physician Assistant, and I started this clinic in 2019. I quickly found a need for reasonable, friendly, and fast DOT Exams. I provided great service, I created relationship with my “drivers” and their employers, and we have have grown tremendously. We have expanded the services that we offer and have built a team of like-minded medical professionals to offer our services.

Growing up for most of my life building cabinets, driving tractors, logging, and working hard, I can relate to my clients. I started early in life with medical training as a first responder in Stevens County at age 18, working within the community and responding to medical calls. I went back to school in my 30s to pursue a career in medicine. Starting with EMT Basic and moving quickly to Paramedic, I graduated from SCC as a medic, spent time riding with AMR, and was quickly accepted into PA school. I worked for 4 years in primary care before starting my own clinics, now having Guardian Occupational Health, Integrative Medicine NW, and The IV Method. At Integrative Medicine NW, we offer primary care, and complex medical care, approaching each patient as an individual. We specialize in hormone balance, prevention, and finding the “root cause” of disease. The IV Method offers IV therapies with vitamins and nutrients, supporting the body’s innate healing and restorative capabilities.

I have deep respect for the workers that keep building and moving our great country forward. This deep respect shows at my clinics.
